I have stated previously my admiration and support for Rep. Dennis Kucinich. He has been a consistent critic and activist against the corrupt Bush administration and was one of only a handful that voted against the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq. This occupation has cost over one million Iraqui's their lives, thousands more maimed and homeless and killed thousands of brave American soldiers. This same "war" that continues to cost this country billions of dollars every day.
So to find out that the reasons that we went to Iraq were nothing but lies is a slap in the face. It is the equivalent of spitting on those brave soldiers and innocent Iraqui civilians graves. It is also a crime that to this humble blogger is an impeachable offence. In my opinion Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the rest of "Murder and Destruction Inc." need to by put on trial for crimes against America.
With that in mind I listened to one of my favorite radio hosts, Randi Rhodes over at Nova M Radio. She had Dennis Kucinich on for the second hour of her show where he implored the listeners to go to his site and sign hid "Impeachment Petition". His goal is to get a million signatures by the end of today so he can present it to Congress.
Let us all do our duty as Americans and sign the petition. It only takes a few minutes but will have an effect of much more. I implore all of my fellow bloggers to sign the petition.
